Privacy Policy

Abhishek's Fitness Coach ("the assistant") is a WhatsApp check-in service run by Abhishek Mittal in India. This policy explains what the assistant collects when you message it, how that information is used, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

Your WhatsApp phone number and profile name.
The messages you send the assistant, and the time you send them.
The check-in values you share: weight, step counts, whether you hit your protein target, whether you were out of bed on time, your training for the day, food plans and short remarks.
Settings for your account, such as your timezone, targets and reminder times.

We don't collect your contacts, location, photos or anything outside your conversation with the assistant.

How we use it

To send you scheduled reminders and check-in questions.
To record your answers in your tracking sheet or the assistant's own database.
To reply to you, including short summaries of your recent days.

We don't use your information for advertising, and we never sell it.

Services that process your information

WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) delivers messages between you and the assistant through the WhatsApp Business Platform.
OpenAI provides the AI model that reads free-text messages and writes replies. When you type something other than a plain number or a button tap, that message and a short summary of your recent check-ins are sent to OpenAI's API to work out what to log and how to reply. Requests are made with storage turned off.
Google hosts the Google Sheet your check-ins are written to, if you use one. The sheet is owned by you or your coach.

Each of these services handles data under its own privacy terms. Conversation history and settings are otherwise stored on a computer operated by Abhishek Mittal.

How long we keep it

Your information is kept for as long as you use the assistant. Values written to a Google Sheet stay there under the sheet owner's control.

Deleting your information

Send a WhatsApp message to +91 97847 90323 saying you'd like your data deleted. We'll stop sending you messages and delete your conversation history, settings and any check-ins stored in the assistant's database within 30 days, and confirm when it's done.

Health information

The assistant helps you keep track of habits. It doesn't give medical advice. For anything involving pain, injury or illness, please see a doctor.

Age

The assistant is meant for people aged 18 and over.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
